Haaga-Helia is a strongly business and internationalization orientated University of Applied Sciences in Finland with 11 000 students. It has campuses in Helsinki, Porvoo and Vierumäki. It is also a Finnish pioneer in education exports. Pioneering and innovation in networks have been the cornerstones of Haaga-Helia’s operations from the very beginning.
In Journalism Haaga-Helia has both Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree programs. We work enthusiastically to reinvent things by breaking the barriers between working life and institutions of higher education. This reflects not only the opportunities provided by our studies and the high degree of employment of our students but also our dynamic co-operation with companies and keeping up with the times. We work for enabling change in people, companies and the whole of society. In Year 2016 Haaga-Helia’s Journalism program won Finnish Grand Prize for Journalism for its work to connect journalism training and industry in new, innovative ways.
