Achieving full equality of rights and opportunities between men and women is a global issue. There has been an ongoing discussion in several countries all over Europe about possible solutions to fight injustices of the system in place: one of them is the “female quota”. Gender quotas can be implemented in positions of leadership, in politics or in the market as a whole. In the video below we’ve compiled reasons for and against the female quota.
